We would like to advise you that we are closed from Friday the 24th of December 2021, and will open again Tuesday, the 4th of January 2022.

Claims can still be submitted via the HCi Claiming App or via email enquiries@hciltd.com.au during this period, and will be processed when we return.

If you normally visit our office to pay your premium via cash or a cheque, please do so prior to our closure or we will see you on the 4th January 2022 to assist you with your payments.

Alternatively, you are able to make your payment via your Online Member Services (OMS) via our website. Need something else? Leave us a voicemail message 1800 804 950 or drop us an email to enquiries@hciltd.com.au and we’ll get back to you after the break. If your enquiry is urgent, we will respond to you as soon as we can.
