The Federal Government recently announced an extension to the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), to ensure vulnerable children continue to get access to the dental care they need.
The Scheme covers part or full costs of some basic dental services for eligible children. You can find out more information about the scheme, what is covered, how to use the scheme and whether your child is eligible on the Services Australia site.
Note that you cannot claim under the CDBS and from HCi for the same dental service.
