With the start of December, HCi wishes all our members and their families a very Merry Christmas, and a healthy New Year.
The HCi office will close from 4pm on Friday 19 December 2025 for the Christmas ~ New Year break. We will then reopen at 9am Monday 5 January 2024.
While the office is closed, you can of course make claims and leave us messages. You can
- email us
- use OMS (our online portal for claiming and managing your account),
- leave a phone or chat message,
- or request us to call you back when we return.
Messages will be monitored. We appreciate your patience as responses generally will not be sent until early January.
Claims made electronically at any appointments, claims submitted through OMS, and any automated premium payments, will continue as usual across the holidays.
We look forward to supporting your health again in 2026.
