Mobile HCi Claiming App now retired

At HCi, we value protecting your personal information and improving service delivery. As part of our ongoing commitment to you and your security, HCi retired the HCi claiming App on 17 April 2026.

Decommissioning (or retiring) the app follows a digital services review, with a particular focus on security. The app was developed several years ago and, given the recent prevalence of cyber-attacks on Australians, we are increasing the security of submitting claims and documents.

From 17 April 2026, HCi no longer receives claims from the old mobile app. If you have been using the app, please delete the old HCi App from your device(s).

Online claiming through OMS – easy!

We encourage members to use our secure Online Member Services (OMS) portal to submit claims. Just log in, upload a pdf or photo and hit submit – easy! Or you can still lodge claims via an emailed or mailed claims form or by contacting our friendly team.

Logging in to OMS also gives you access to manage your account, including seeing your claims history and updating contact details.

Need help accessing OMS? Our OMS factsheet answers common questions to help HCi members register for OMS. Remember that you need to register for OMS the first time you access it after 3 March 2026, even if you had registered before.
